CBEC allows export warehousing facility

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below shall be further amended in the manner as specified in the the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely :-

3.	34/97-CUSTOMS dated the 7th April, 1997.	In the said notification, in condition (iv), - (a) for the words ³Dharamtar and Jamnagar', the words ³Dharamtar, Jamnagar and Muldwarka² shall be substituted; (b) for the words ³Miraj and Rewari², the words ³Miraj, Rewari, Bhusawal, Jamshedpur, Surajpur and Dadri² shall be substituted.
4.	36/97-CUSTOMS, dated the 1st April, 1997.	In the said notification, in condition (6), - (a) for the words 'Vishakhapatnam and Jamnagar', the words 'Vishakhapatnam, Jamnagar and Muldwarka' shall be substituted; (b) for the words 'Miraj and Rewari', the words 'Miraj, Rewari, Bhusawal, Jamshedpur, Surajpur and Dadri' shall be substituted.
5.	77/98-CUSTOMS, dated the 16th October, 1998.	In the said notification, in condition (viii), - (a) for the words 'Mundhra and Jamnagar', the words 'Mundhra, Jamnagar and Muldwarka' shall be substituted; (b) for the words 'Miraj and Rewari', the words 'Miraj, Rewari, Bhusawal, Jamshedpur, Surajpur and Dadri' shall be substituted.
6.	48/99-CUSTOMS, dated the 29th April, 1999.	In the said notification, in condition (iv), - (a) for the words 'Mundhra and Jamnagar', the words 'Mundhra, Jamnagar and Muldwarka' shall be substituted; (b) for the words 'Miraj and Rewari', the words 'Miraj, Rewari, Bhusawal, Jamshedpur, Surajpur and Dadri' shall be substituted.
7.	48/2000-CUSTOMS, dated the 25th April, 2000.	In the said notification, in condition (4), - (a) for the words 'Mundhra and Jamnagar', the words 'Mundhra, Jamnagar and Muldwarka' shall be substituted; (b) for the words 'Miraj and Rewari', the words 'Miraj, Rewari, Bhusawal, Jamshedpur, Surajpur and Dadri' shall be substituted.
8.	50/2000-CUSTOMS, dated the 27th April, 2000.	In the said notification, in condition (6), - (a) for the words 'Pipavav and Jamnagar', the words 'Pipavav, Jamnagar and Muldwarka' shall be substituted; (b) for the words 'Miraj and Rewari', the words 'Miraj, Rewari, Bhusawal, Jamshedpur, Surajpur and Dadri' shall be substituted.
9.	51/2000-CUSTOMS, dated the 27th April, 2000.	In the said notification, in condition (iv), - (a) for the words 'Mundhra and Jamnagar', the words 'Mundhra, Jamnagar and Muldwarka' shall be substituted; (b) for the words 'Miraj and Rewari', the words 'Miraj, Rewari, Bhusawal, Jamshedpur, Surajpur and Dadri' shall be substituted.
10.	43/2002-CUSTOMS, dated the 19th April, 2002.	In the said notification, in condition (iv), - (a) for the words 'Okha and Jamnagar', the words 'Okha, Jamnagar and Muldwarka' shall be substituted; (b) for the words 'Miraj and Rewari', the words 'Miraj, Rewari, Bhusawal, Jamshedpur, Surajpur and Dadri' shall be substituted.
11.	45/2002-CUSTOMS, dated the 22ND April, 2002.	In the said notification, in condition (iv), - (a) for the words 'Dharamtar and Jamnagar', the words 'Dharamtar, Jamnagar and Muldwarka' shall be substituted; (b) for the words 'Miraj and Rewari², the words ³Miraj, Rewari, Bhusawal, Jamshedpur, Surajpur and Dadri² shall be substituted.
12.	46/2002-CUSTOMS, dated the 22nd April, 2002.	In the said notification, in condition (iv), - (a) for the words 'Okha and Jamnagar', the words 'Okha, Jamnagar and Muldwarka' shall be substituted; (b) for the words 'Miraj and Rewari', the words ³Miraj, Rewari, Bhusawal, Jamshedpur, Surajpur and Dadri² shall be substituted.
13.	47/2002-CUSTOMS, dated the 22nd April, 2002. 16.	55/2003-CUSTOMS, dated the 1st April, 2003. 17.	56/2003-CUSTOMS. dated the 1st April, 2003.
