Amendment in
Notification No- 37/2006, DT. 27/11/2006 - Chennai Port - export of Pulses
to Sri Lanka
S.O.(E) – In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign
Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade
hereby makes the following amendment in Public Notice
No.72(RE-06)/2004-2009 dated 28th November 2006:-
1. In para 1 (ii), the words “Pondicherry Port” shall be substituted by the
words “Chennai Port”
2. This issues in Public Interest.
