DGFT PUBLIC NOTICE NO - 27  /2004-2009  DATED   01.12.2004   

 

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09 and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of procedures (Vol.I), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments/ additions/ corrections in the  “Schedule of DEPB rates”:-

 

 I   Product Group: Engineering      Product Code: 61

 

(i) The description of the export item at Sr.No. 497 is amended to read as “Thin-walled Engine Bearing Bushing and Thrust Washers in Steel Backed Copper Based High Tin Alloy F-780/SP/H24/GS25/G-41/SQE-49”.

 

(ii) The following corrections are made against entry at Sr.No.530 and are effective from 06.10.2004
