Customs Notification No- 79/2006 (NT) dated

Amendments in the drawback Rates of bags, Leather caps, Combs & hair-slides
G.S.R. 414 (E) In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 75
of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and sub-section (2A) of section 37 of the
Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) and in pursuance of rules 3, 4 and 5 of the
Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1995, the Central Government,
hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue)
No.36/2005-CUSTOMS (N.T.), G.S.R.267(E), dated the 2nd May, 2005, (hereinafter
referred to as the said notification), with effect from 5th day of May, 2005,
namely:-
In the Schedule to the said notification,-
(a) in CHAPTER 42, after tariff item 420204 and before tariff item 420205, the
following tariff item and entries shall be inserted, namely:-

(c) in CHAPTER 96, for tariff item 9615 and the entries relating thereto, the following tariff items and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
