Customs Notification No- 78/2006 (NT) dated

Notifying Shamshabad as Customs Airport for all purposes
S.O. (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1)
of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise
and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of
the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue number
S.O. 828 (E), dated 21st November, 1994, (No.
61/94 –(N.T.) CUSTOMS, dated the 21st November, 1994), namely :-
In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial No. 2, in column
(3) after item (c) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in column (4),
the following shall be inserted, namely: -
| “(d) Shamshabad (village) of Ranga Reddy District near Hyderabad | Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods .”. |
