Customs Notification No- 44/2006 (NT) dated

Amendments in the Chief Commissioners & Commissioners' Committees
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 129A of the
Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following further
amendments in the Notification No.
39/2005-Customs (NT) dated the 13th May, 2005, of the Government of India in
the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, namely:-
In the said Notification in the Table, for the entries under column (2) and (3)
against S. No. 32, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
