Amends various Notifications related to exim policy Schemes for ICD

G.S.R. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below shall be amended or further amended or further amended, as the case may be, in the manner as specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely :-

(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(2) 45/2002-CUSTOMS, dated the 22nd April, 2002, G.S.R. 298(E), dated the 22nd April, 2002. In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo, and Attari Road,” the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(3) 46/2002-CUSTOMS, dated the 22nd April, 2002, G.S.R. 299(E), dated the 22nd April, 2002. In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(4) 47/2002-CUSTOMS, dated the 22nd April, 2002, G.S.R. 300(E), dated the 22nd April, 2002. In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(5) 53/2003-CUSTOMS, dated the1st April, 2003, G.S.R. 277(E), dated the 1st April, 2002. In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(6) 54/2003-CUSTOMS, dated the 1st April, 2002, G.S.R. 298(E), dated the 1st April, 2002. In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(7) 55/2003-CUSTOMS, dated the 1st April, 2002, G.S.R. 299 (E), dated the 1st April, 2002. In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(8) 56/2003-CUSTOMS, dated the 22nd April, 2002, G.S.R. 280(E), dated the 1st April, 2002. In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(9) 90/2004-CUSTOMS, dated the 10th September, 2004, G.S.R. 603(E), dated the 10th September, 2004. In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(10) 91/2004-CUSTOMS, dated the 10th September, 2004, G.S.R. 604(E), dated the 10th September, 2004. In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(11) 92/2004-CUSTOMS, dated the 10th September, 2004, G.S.R. 605(E), dated the 10th September, 2004. In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(12) 93/2004-CUSTOMS, dated the 10th September, 2004, G.S.R. 606(E), dated the 10th September, 2004. In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(13) 94/2004-CUSTOMS, dated the 10th September, 2004, G.S.R. 607(E), dated the 10th September, 2004. In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(14) 97/2004-CUSTOMS, dated the 17th September, 2004, G.S.R. 620(E), dated the 17th September, 2004. In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(15) 32/2005-CUSTOMS, dated the 8th April, 2005, G.S.R. 222(E), dated the 8th April, 2005 In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(16) 41/2005-CUSTOMS, dated the 9th May, 2005, G.S.R. 282(E), dated the 9th May, 2005. In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(17) 89/2005-CUSTOMS, dated the 4th October, 2005, G.S.R. 624(E), dated the 4th October, 2005. In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Porbander and Vadinar”, the words “Porbander, Dharamtar and Vadinar” shall be substituted;
(b) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(18) 40/2006-CUSTOMS, dated the 1st May, 2006, G.S.R. 260(E), dated the 1st May, 2006. In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(19) 73/2006-CUSTOMS, dated the 10th July, 2006, G.S.R. 408(E), dated the 10th July, 2006. In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(20) 90/2006-CUSTOMS, dated the 1st September, 2006, G.S.R. 528(E), dated the 1st September, 2006. In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
(21) 91/2006-CUSTOMS, dated the 1st September, 2006, G.S.R. 298(E), dated the 1st September, 2006 In the said notification, in condition (iv), -
(a) for the words “Amritsar Rail Cargo and Attari Road”, the words Amritsar Rail Cargo, Attari Road, Hilli, Ghojadanga and Changrabandha”, shall be substituted.
