In the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.17/2001-Customs, dated the 1^st March, 2001, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide            G.S.R. 116(E) dated the 1^st March, 2001, in List 17, for “(3) Frame Relay Switch” read “(3) Frame Relay Switch (4) Ethernet Switch/card (5) Dense Wave Division Multiplexing (DWDM) equipment”.
