CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION No.13/2001 Dated 2^nd February, 2001 

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.16/2000-Customs, dated the   1^st March, 2000, namely:-

In the said notification, in the ANNEXURE, against Condition No.79, the condition shall be omitted. 

Note: The notification No.16/2000-Customs dated 1^st March 2000 was last amended by Notification No.2/2001-Customs, dated 8^th January, 2001.
