CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION No.119/2001 Dated 16th November, 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the
Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it
is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further
amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Finance (Department of Revenue), No.17/2001-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2001,
namely:-
In the said notification, -
(a) in the Table, after S.No. 34 and the entries relating thereto, the following
shall be
inserted, namely:-

(b) in the Annexure, in Condition no.1, for the words, “Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority” wherever they occur, the words “EXIM Facilitation Committee in the Directorate General of Foreign Trade” shall be substituted.
