Corrigendum to Notification No. 4/2002-Central Excise
In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue), No. 4/2002-Central Excise, dated the 30th January, 2002, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3, Sub Section(i)vide G.S.R 69 (E) dated the 30 th January, 2002, at page 5, namely:-
(i) in line 22, for "Customs " , read "Central Excise ";
(ii) in line 23, for "Customs " , read "Central Excise ".
