Notification No- 11/2006-CE(N.T.)

CBEC notifies 33.5%, 28.5% & 30% abatement on auto parts, toothbrush and plant
growth regulator under MRP Scheme to be effective from June 1, 2006
G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and
sub-section (2) of section 4A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the
Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public
interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of
the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.
2/2006-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 1 st March, 2006, G.S.R. 113(E),
dated the 1 st March, 2006, namely:-
In the said notification, in the TABLE, after S.No.96 and the entries relating
thereto, the following shall be added, namely:-

| "97. | Any heading | Parts, components and assemblies of automobiles | 33.5% |
| 98. | 38083040 | Plant-growth regulator | 30% |
| 99. | 96032100 | Toothbrush | 28.5% |
2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of June, 2006
