Notification No- 37/2004-CE(N.T.), dated 05.11.2004
Amendments in CE Notif. No. 38/2001-CE (NT), DT. 26/06/2001
G.S.R (E) In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Section 2 of
the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the
Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes
the Following further amendments in the notification of the Ministry of Finance
(Department of Revenue) No. 38/2001-Central excise (N.T.) dated the 26th June,
2001, namely:-
In the said notification,-
In the Table, for S,. No. 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following
shall be substituted, Namely,-
