Corrigendum

            In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) number 18/2003-Central Excise (N.T.) dated the 13^th March, 2003 vide G.S.R.216 (E), dated the 13^th March, 2003 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 13^th March, 2003 at pages 3 to 4, -

        at 4, in line 3, for ‘for sub-rule (3), the following sub-rule’, read –

             ‘in sub-rule (3), for the brackets, figures, words and letters beginning with

                “(3) The CENVAT credit” and ending with the words “removed as such”, the following’.
