NOTIFICATION No.  25 /2004-CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated 28.2.2004
Amendment to the notification No. 43/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T) dated the 22^nd July, 2003,

          G.S.R. 159  (E).-  In exercise of the powers conferred by section 126 of the Finance Act, 2002 (20 of 2002), the Central Government hereby amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of  Revenue), No. 43/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T) dated the 22^nd July, 2003, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (i) vide G.S.R 561(E) dated the 22^nd July, 2003, namely:- 

     In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words “1^st  day of March, 2004 ”, the figures, letters and words “1^st day of April, 2004 ”  shall be substituted.

Note:  The principal notification No. 43/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T) dated the 22^nd July, 2003, was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (i) vide G.S.R 561(E) dated the 22^nd July, 2003 and was last amended by notification No 116 /2003- CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 31^st December, 2003 [G.S.R.975 (E), dated the 31^st December, 2003].
