Customs Notifications Nos 30/2003, 34/2003, 35/2003 rescinded

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notifications of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Finance and Company Affairs (Department of Revenue), No. 30/2003-Customs, dated the 1^st March, 2003, vide G.S.R. 165 (E), dated the 1^st March, 2003, No. 34/2003-Customs, dated the 1^st March, 2003, vide G.S.R. 169 (E), dated the 1^st March, 2003, and No. 35/2003-Customs, dated the 1^st March, 2003, vide G.S.R. 170 (E), dated the 1^st March, 2003, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
