Public Notice No.9 (RE: 2013)/2009-2014 New Delhi: dated 6^th May, 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I), the Directorate General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies a new SION bearing number A-3642 in respect of the export product “Amyl Salicylate”. The new entry would be as under:-

Amyl Salicylate	1 kg	1	Primary Amyl Alcohol or Pentanol Mixture	0.470 kg
Amyl Salicylate	1 kg	2	Salicylic Acid	0.737 kg

2. Effect of Public Notice:-

SION for the export product “Amyl Salicylate” in the Chemicals and Allied Products Group is being notified now.
