Relating to customs duty exemption to Ministry of Defence for goods

G.S.R. 888 (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments, in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.39/96-Customs, dated the 23rd July, 1996, published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 291(E), dated the 23rd July, 1996, namely:- 

In the said notification, in the TABLE, against S.No.31, in column (3), in the Explanation, for the words, figures and letters “on or after the 1st day of January, 2012” the words, figures and letters, “on or after the 5th day of April, 2014” shall be substituted.

CORRIGENDUM

G.S.R. (E).- In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 110/2010-Customs, dated the 19th October, 2010 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 846 (E), dated the 19th October, 2010,-

for the words and letters “Woongjin Chemicals co Ltd” wherever it occurs, read “Woongjin Chemical Co Ltd”.
