Notification No. 79/2010-Customs (N. T.) dated 6.9.2010
Dhamra Port is appointed to be coastal port for carrying on of trade in coking
coal, thermal coal and limestone.
S. O… (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause
(d) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department
of Revenue), No. 64/1994-Customs (N. T.) dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:

2. In the said notification, -
(a) after the second proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted,
namely-
“Provided also that Dhamra Port is appointed to be coastal port for carrying on
of trade in coking coal, thermal coal and limestone.”
(b) in the Table, after Sl. No. 9, following serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
