PUBLIC NOTICE No. 08 / 2009-14
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade
Policy, 2009-14, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the
following amendments in HBPv1 (including Appendices and ANFs):
1. The following entries are added after the Sl. No. 52 in Table 6 ( New Market
Linked Focus Products) of Appendix 37D:
