Amendments in Appendix 37A - VKGUY Product Code entries corrected

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE2007) & (RE2008):

1. In Table 10 of Appendix 37A, the following VKGUY Product Code entries are corrected to read as under:

37 10.37 PREPARED / PRESERVED FISH; CAVIAR AND CAVIAR SUBSTITUTES PREPARED FROM FISH EGGS i.e. all items covered by ITC HS 1604. 1.4.2007
38 10.38 CRUSTACEANS, MOLLUSCS AND OTHER AQUATIC INVERTEBRATES, PREPARED OR PRESERVED i.e. all items covered by ITC HS 1605. 1.4.2007

2. Consequently all live, chilled, dried, as well as all frozen marine products covered under Chapter 3, ITC HS Codes 1604 & 1605 are entitled for VKGUY benefits on exports made w.e.f 1.4.2007.
