Amendments in Appendix 4-c( List of agencies authorized to issue Certificate of Origin Non-Preferential) of HBP (Vol. I)

In exercise of power conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Appendix 4-C   (List of agencies authorized to issue Certificate of Origin-Non-Preferential), of HBP (Vol.I). 

2.   The following agencies are hereby delisted from Appendix 4- C of HBP (Vol-I) for not fulfilling the eligibility criteria laid down in Public Notice No. 68 dated 12.10.2007:-
