PUBLIC NOTICE No. 51 (RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 18.7.2008
Amendments in APPENDIX 37A - EXPORT ITEMS UNDER (VKGUY)
 
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE2007) & (RE2008):

1. After VKGUY Product Code No. 10.37, contained in Table 10 of Appendix 37A, the following is added as under:

38 10.38 Frozen Fish Products covered under the following ITC HS codes:
‘0303’, ‘030420’, ‘030611’, ‘030612’, ‘030614’, ‘030710’, ‘030739’, ‘030759’, ‘030760’, ‘1604’, ‘160510’, ‘160530’, ‘160540’, and ‘160590’.		 1.4.2007

2. Further, for items included in this Public Notice, the last date for filing applications on time shall be 30.1.2009 or time period permitted in Para 3.19.1 of HBP v1 (RE2007) / Para 3.23.10 of HBP v1 (RE2008), whichever is later.
