Appendix 37A - Flower, Fruit, Vegetables & Other Products
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade
Policy 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following
amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I RE2008.
1. In Table 13 of Appendix 37A of the HBP v1, the following VKGUY entries are
corrected to read as under:

| 20 | 13.20 | 1605 | All Marine Products covered under the VKGUY Product Code 10.38 | 1.4.2008 |
Consequently all marine products covered under Chapter 3, Codes 1604 & 1605
are entitled to additional 2.5% VKGUY benefits on exports made w.e.f 1.4.2008.
