In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the amendments in Appendix-5 (List of Inspection and Certification Agencies) of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. 1):-

1. The Agency at Sl. No. 55 of the Appendix-5 (M/s. Intertek Deutschland GmbH, Germany) is hereby delisted from the Appendix.
