PUBLIC NOTICE No. 58(RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated 03.10.2007
Amendments in Appendix 37D notified vide PN NO. 13, DT. 25/05/06 & PN No. 48, DT. 28/08/06
 
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following corrections in the Sl. No. C of Appendix 37D notified vide Public Notice 13 dated 25th May 2006 and modified by Public Notice 48 (RE2006) dated 28th August 2006.

Note: Only Hand Made Products shall be entitled. Exporters shall give a declaration to this effect.

This Public Notice corrects the Appendix 37D entries for FTP (RE2006) and FTP (RE2007). Thus Focus Product Scheme benefits shall be available for exports on above products from 1.4.2006 onwards including exports during current year.
