Amendments in the List of Special Chemicals, Organisms, Materials, Equipment and
Technologies - Appendix 3 (Part - I)
S.O. (E)- In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the
Foreign Trade(Development and Regulation ) Act, 1992 read with Paragraph 2.1 of
the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby amends the
ITC(HS) classification of Export and Import Items, 2004-2009 with immediate
effect, as under:-
1.1 The list of Special Chemicals, Organisms, Materials, Equipment and
Technologies as given in
Appendix 3
to Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import items, 2004-2009
stands amended. The amended Appendix-3 is annexed.
