Amendments in the Appendix – 37A - Vishesh Krishi and Gram Udyog Yojana
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade
Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the
following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):
In Appendix – 37A giving the list of export items eligible for benefits under
Vishesh Krishi and Gram Udyog Yojana, Sl.No.07 is amended to include as under: -
| 07B | Albumins under Chapter 35 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 2004-09 as per details given below:- |
| Sl. No. | Product Code | ITC HS Code | Description | Date of export from which the benefits will be admissible |
| 1. | 07B.1 | 35021100 | Egg albumin: Dried | 01.04.05 |
| 2. | 07B.2 | 35021900 | Egg albumin: Other | 01.04.05 |
In respect of export of above items made from 1.4.2005 to 31.3.2006, last date
of filing of applications for grant of credit shall be 31.03.2007.
