Mundra Port has been added in arrangements for import of wheat under Chapter 10
- Ad-hoc Exemption
In exercise of the powers conferred under
Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook
of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the
following amendments in Public Notice No. 7(RE-2006)/2004-09 dated 9.5.2006.
(1) Sl. No. (iv) of Para 2 will be amended to read as follows:
“(iv) The import will be allowed into India only through the following ports,
namely, Nhava Sheva, Kandla, Kolkatta, Chennai, Vishakhapatanam and Mundra.”
This issues in public interest.
