Amendments in APPENDIX 37A - LIST OF EXPORT ITEMS ALLOWED UNDER VISHESH KRISHI
UPAJ YOJANA
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade
Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the
following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):
1. In Appendix 37A after existing entry at Sl.No.7 with the following details

the following new entries shall be added:

2. All these items under item code 07A.1 to 07A.11 as above shall be entitled
for benefits under Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana in respect of exports made on or
after 1.4.2005.
