In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):

1. In para 3.12 after the existing 2nd sub para which reads as “Notwithstanding anything stated above, exporters of Drugs & Pharmaceuticals shall obtain RCMC from Pharmexcil only”, the following shall be added

“Further, exporters of minor forest produce and their value added products shall obtain RCMC from Shellac Export Promotion Council.”
