DGFT PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 40/2005 dated 17.8.2005
Amendments/deletions/corrections and additions in SION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments/deletions/corrections and additions in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 2004-2009, as amended.

2. In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms as contained in the Handbook of Procedures, (Vol.2) 2004-2009, as amended, amendments/ corrections/ deletion at appropriate places as mentioned in Annexure "A” to this Public Notice are made.

3. In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms, following additions shall be made at appropriate places as mentioned below:-
 

CHEMICALS AND ALLIED PRODUCTS

After the existing entry at Sl.No.A-3561, new entries at Sl. No. A-3562 to A-3568 are added as per Annexure “B” to this Public Notice.

ENGINEERING PRODUCTS

After the existing entry at Sl.No.C-2017, new entries at Sl. No. C-2018 to C-2020 are added as per Annexure “C” to this Public Notice

FOOD PRODUCTS

After the existing entry at Sl.No.E-118, new entries at Sl. No. E-119 to E-120 are added as per Annexure “D” to this Public Notice
