DGFT PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 59 (RE-2001)/1997-2002 Dated  3rd   January, 2002
Cotton Yarn is free for exports without any restrictions in so far as ITC(HS)Classification of Export & Import is concerned.

 

In exercise of the powers conferred under Para 4.11 of the Export & Import Policy, 1997-2002, (incorporating amendments made upto 31st  March, 2001) the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the ITC(HS)Classification of Export and Import items (incorporating amendments made upto 31st August,1998) and as amended from time to time :-

 

1.            Table B of Schedule 2:
